He is survived by: his children, Fred Gerken and Helen Jones (Mark); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Garry, Margo Peters (Matt), Andrew and Lily; his great grandchildren, Seth and Mason; and his brother George Gerken (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
