It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnett Marie Rice (Grove City, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Balser and Beatrice Balser; her husband Robert Rice; her siblings, Dencil, Robert, Norman, Junior Balser and Mildred Balser Sudlow; and her son-in-law Clifford Knisley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Arnold (Dan), Linda Knisley, Rhonda James (Jeffrey) and Anita McIntosh (Johnny); her grandchildren, Jason, Adam Arnold, Donald James, Cassie Blackmon (Corey) and Carolyne Chestnut (Scott); her great grandchildren, Natalie Arnold, Mikayla Blackmon and Clayton Chestnut; her sister Janice Kuhn (Richard); and her sister-in-law Darlene Balser.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Heartland Hospice, 116 Morris Rd. Suite C. Circleville, OH 43113.
