He was predeceased by: his father Frank "Joe" Kembitzky, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kembitzky (Jackson); his wife Denise M. Howard-Kembitzky; his daughters, Natalie Collins and Jessica Kembitzky; his stepsons, Zach Agriesti and Nicholas Agriesti (Heather Fox); his grandchildren, Colton, Trenton, Jaxton, Cody Collins, Jr., Derek and Nathan; his siblings, Karen Ecker, Stephanie Smith (Tom), Marsha Wayman, Elizabeth Perry (Jack) and Greg Kembitzky (Kim); and his friend Debbie Crum (Joe).
