We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Fannie Arthur Flannigan (Grove City, Ohio), born in Friendship, Ohio. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Arthur and Myrtle Lewis Arthur; and her brother Jerry Arthur. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindi Tweed (Tom) of Grove City and Sally Dillen of Grove City; her grandchildren, Heather Brokaw and Joseph Tweed; her great grandchild Olivia Bauman; and her siblings, Roy, Gary, Doug, Larry Arthur, Thelma Adams, Anna Harris, Phyllis Hess, Rita Ferguson and Crystal Murphy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“and I didn't know if Ginger would bite my hand off when I reached back into the doghouse to pull her puppies out. Instead she licked my hand in appreciation and stopped barking at me when I jogged around the block. From then on we were best friends. Your Mom was a classy lady from "Porchmith" and I'm glad she's going home. So glad she got to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She's a true Classy Mom. I know that for a fact cause she told me NO, when I tried to hit on her!”

“Cindi and sally, seems like yesterday, but it was 1974, when terry and i lived next to you and fannie on coral ridge avenue, in stoneridge. We were fun neighbors. I made the toll house cookies, charlie made the moonshine, and when we weren't dippin, we were sippin. Of course charlie tried to burn down the house with that wood stove, and when it cooled off it looked like the aftermath of chernobyl, long before that meltdown. I remember fannie calling me over to deliver ginger's puppies (cont)”
