She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis and Maggie Justice Kiser; and her siblings, Edger Kiser (Rita), Esther Coleman (Donald), Marcella Kiser, Mark Kiser and Garnet Louise Estepp.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty Kiser. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great niece.
