She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Campbell and Homer Campbell; her spouse Clare Lamar Clark; and her brothers, Thomas Campbell and Paul Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Clark (Lana), Mechelle Kern (George) and Jay Clark (Paula); her grandchildren, Jared Clark (Brooke), Kyle Clark (Lyndsey), Zachary Clark (Megan), Nicholas Clark (Cassidy), Tyler Kern (Krystal Jovel), Tucker Clark and Zachary Shkandin; her brother Homer Campbell (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Becky Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Grove City UMC's Stephen Ministry Program or Alzheimer's Association.
