It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Ritchey (Grove City, Ohio), who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, William Neff and Steven Charles Neff; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Marie Neff. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Ritchey; and her children, Emily Neff, Ginny Hoffman, Barbara Dickey (Earl), Roberta Ritchey, Ken Neff and Robert M Ritchey (Loren). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
