He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob (Erma Moats) and Ohioan. He is survived by: his daughters, Nichole Moats of Cincinnati, OH and Heather Moats Ramey (Dustin) of Columbus, OH.; and his grandchildren, Oliver Moats and Gweneth Moats. He is also survived by loving siblings and many friends.
