He is survived by: his wife Madeline Derring; his children, Susan Greenway (Rick), Jodi Bebb, Tom Derring (Tonia), Kay Johnson and Steve Evans (Diane); and his grandchildren, Jason Lawless (Jennifer), Michelle Raymond (Mike), Jessica Lawless, Heath Johnson (Emily), Kristy Halleck (Brian), Jenny Johnson, Gene Evans (Tammy), Ryan Boden (Stephanie), Lauren Lorenz (Nathan), Kaylee Staton, Clayton Evans, Amanda Linard (Adam), Kory Funk, Krysta Funk and Troy Derring (Tiana).
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Newcomer - Southwest Chapel (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jug's name to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
