He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Neal and Linda O'Neal; his brother Daniel O'Neal; and his granddaughter Lucy Carver. He is survived by: his children, James Spaulding, Ashley O'Neal and Bruce O'Neal; his siblings, Sandra Perdew (Ralph), Mike O'Neal (Tina) and Janet McClain (Danny); and his close friend Tammy Wiley. He is also survived by several grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
