He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd James and Ruth Ethel Armstrong (Johnson); his wife Sandy (Stewart); and his siblings, Mary Catherine, Phillip Armstrong, Phyllis White, Paul and Darrell Armstrong.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Sorg (Don) and David S. Armstrong; his grandchildren, Veronica and William Sorg; and his friend Carolyn Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
