She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Swink and Dorothy Swink (Fuchs); her husband Paul H. Carmichael; her daughter Shannon Carmichael; and her brother Charles Swink.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Carmichael, Richard Carmichael (Stephanie), Bruce Carmichael (Deborah Edwards), Paula Taylor (Daniel) and Leslie Gallo (Richard); her brother Bill Evans (Sue); and her nephew Kelly Swink. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
