He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Fisher and Lucille Carr Fisher; his wife Frances Deborah Fisher; and his children, Richard Allen Fisher and Rebecca Sue Fisher.
He is survived by: his close friend Charlotte Blair of Grove City; his daughter Cynthia Mackay (Alan) of Columbus; his grandchildren, River Martinez, Tristian Martinez and Corinne Roeun (Jimmy); and his great grandchild Datsun Roeun of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
