He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Humphrey; his sons, Allen Ott (Ashley) and Garrett Ott; his grandson Kenneth Ott; his brothers, Kenny Humphrey (Lori), Terry Humphrey, James Clark and Corey Clark; his aunt Barb Pusateri (Jim) of Indiana; his sister Robin Fueston; his mother Linda Horton of Nevada; and his close friend Mike Rockhold. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
