He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Maxine Harris Blair of Grove City; his daughters, Zoe Blair of Columbus, Chloe Blair of Columbus and Caitlynn Blair of Grove City; and his siblings, Ashley Blair-Cunningham (Lee) of Grove City, Donna Blair of Pataskala and Jonathan Harris (Renee) of Waverly. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and a very special group of friends.
