He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Emma Hoehman (Pat) and Charlotte Mosel; and his uncle Timothy Hoehman. He is survived by: his parents, Tracey Leadstrom and Charles Shaw Sr.; his siblings, Tim Leadstrom and Emily Shaw; his children, Zaynah, Zaniah (Zoee Adams) and Jaxon (Krissy Lewis); and his close friends, Chad Tipton, Randy Bowe and Adam Tipton. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; grandfather; step grandmother; cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me has been set up under Tracey Leadstrom's Facebook page to help with expenses and for his children.
