He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Grizzell and Charlene Grizzell. He is survived by: his wife Dorene; his children, Keith Grizzell (Joann), Brent Grizzell, Amanda Phillips (Rob) and Lisa Shepherd (Cheryl); and his granddaughters, Bailey and Kasey Grizzell.

In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions in Chuck's name to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 80 E. Markison Ave., Columbus, OH 43207.
