He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kammer and Frances Lykins Kammer; his sisters, Barb, Billie and Frances Delores; and his half-sisters, Thelma and Freida.
He is survived by: his spouse Jacquline Lucas Kammer; his children, Timothy Rodger Kammer (Gaynell) of Columbus, Dwane Edward Kammer (Tonya) of Grove City and Janice Ann Ryan (Gerald) of Circleville; and his siblings, Robert Kammer, Charles Kammer of South Bloomfield, Tom Kammer of Newark and Dorothy Smith of Hilliard. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
