Bowman and Elizabeth Bowman Sr.; his former wife Anna Bowman; his son Douglas Harvey Bowman; his grandson Noah Andrew Bowman; his son-in-law Mike Boyer; his stepson Mark Walls; his sisters, Dona (Robert Deeds) and Betty (Don Peck); and his brother-in-law Dennis Wolfe.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bowman; his children, Carl E. Bowman III (Shirley), Rebecca Hook (David) and Linda Boyer; his daughter-in-law Judy Bowman-Knapp; his stepdaughter Beth Taylor (Bill); and his sisters, Anna Wolfe and Elsa Hanson (Jack). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
