She was predeceased by: her mother Lula Thompson Adams; her stepfather Delbert Adams; her siblings, Phyllis Tatman, Ruth Callahan, Betty Floyd, Patricia Ann, Jack Adams and Larry Delbert; her niece Chastity Moore; and her former husband John Chaffin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonetta, Michelle Myers and Angela Chaffin; her grandchildren, Savannah Thimmes (Allen Harris), Corey Thimmes (Kylinn), Nick Thimmes and Jesse Myers; her great grandchildren, Knox Harris and Elliott Thimmes; her sister Linda Moore (Ed); her great-nephew Austin Moore (Amy); and her close friends, Marvin Thimmes and Eileen Boughner. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
