She is survived by: her children, Kevin Owen, Chuck Budd (Tina), Scott Budd (Allison) and Tracie Evans (Edward); her grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Taylor, Audrey, Charles Jr., April, Tessa, Tia, Tara, Brandy, Josh, Ryan, Katlyn and Kennedy; her nieces, Tiffany and Valerie; and her brother Andy Andersen (Sharon). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
