He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Fishbaugh; and his sister Susan Fishbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Patti Fishbaugh (Rogers); his sons, Randy Fishbaugh (Susie) of New London, Brian Fishbaugh of Willard, Seth Fishbaugh (Ashley) of Greenwich, Chance Fishbaugh (Deanna) of Greenwich and Cody Fishbaugh (Melonie) of Vermilion; his stepdaughter Brooke; his grandchildren, Coen, Ava, Brecklynn, Remi, Brynlee and Hardin; and his siblings, Janet Shipman of Greenwich, Lisa Sanders of Greenwich and Jon Fishbaugh of Greenwich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
