He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Monroe and Edith Boone (Isabell); and his granddaughter Allayna Noel Spears. He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Whitaker of Greenwich; his children, Tricia Boone-Spears of Tucson, AZ and Mark Shane Boone of Norwalk; and his grandchildren, Austin, Alivia Spears, Cory and Caitlin Boone.
Visitors to the funeral home are required to bring and wear a mask and be prepared for the possibility of waiting outside if capacity limits are met until adequate space for proper social distancing becomes available.
