She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonewall Oney and Bertha Oney (Blair); her son Joshual Hicks; and her siblings, Marcella King, Mary Ellen Oney, Charles Oney, David Oney, Deborah Tuttle and Earnest "Rudy" Oney.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Hicks; her children, Crystal French (Robert) and Jason Hicks (Dana); her grandchildren, Madison French, Kyser French, Tayson French, Nathan Meyers, Isaiah Hicks, Paige Singer, Jennifer Singer and Olivia Hicks; her great grandchildren, Emorie Carpenter and Jackson Singer; and her sister Roberta Whitaker.
