He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brown and Faye Brown (Grimes); his wife Betty Wilcox; his son David Brown; his grandson Robert-Michel LaForest; and his siblings, Martha Wilcox, Sally Kirkbride and Joe Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Brown of Tucson, Tamara LaForest (Michel) and Matthew Brown of Galion; his siblings, Paul Brown (Carol) and Marilyn Bohn of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Jacinta Esqueer, Christopher LaForest, Kayona Laforest and Jessica Laforest; and his great grandchildren, Carter Smith, Evan LaForest, Sebastian Cruise and Jayden Fenstermaker.
