He is survived by: his wife Janet Johnston (Cole); his daughters, Teresa Cooper of Ashland and Annette Ruffing (Michael, Sr.) of Attica; his grandchildren, Kassandra, Whitney, Trenton, Spencer, Michael, Jr., Ethan and Kaylei; and his great grandchildren, Zane, Mikah, Blake, Oaklynn, Sawyer, Alice and Skylar. He is also survived by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
