He was predeceased by: his parents, Charity Lacy (Shepherd) and Charles Lacy; and his siblings, Carolyn Chadock, Ella Mae Hammons and Charles "Bo" Lacey Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lacy (Runkle); his children, Mandy Ringer, Melissa Lacy, Rebecca Lacy, Ronald Matthew Lacy (Bobbi Jo), Jeffrey Lacy and Rick Lacy; his nephew Michael Lacy (Heidi); and his siblings, Glen Lacy (Susan), Rita Tolle, Gary Lacy, James Lacy (Gloria), Todd Lacy (Becky) and Duane Lacy (Diane). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
He was born on January 3, 1950 to the late Charity (Shepherd) and Charles Lacy.
