He was predeceased by: his parents, Procter L. Fox and Kate Fox; and his siblings, Kenneth Fox, Richard Fox, John Fox and Helen Nagel.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Mickie Ziarko (Bob) and Terry Conley (Deb); and his siblings, Ted Fox, Mary Hatton and Barbara Zulauf. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
