He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen McQuillen (Stover) and Leo McQuillen; and his brother Bob McQuillen. He is survived by: his children, Nick McQuillen (Gina) of Delaware Ohio, Stephanie Petik (Jay) of Columbia Station, Ohio and Nathan McKinney (Sarah) of Ashland Ohio; his grandchildren, Reid, Rocco McQuillen, Austin and Brice Petik; and his siblings, Mary Gene Bolen of Attica, JoAnn Nunez of Highland, Marie Lewellyn of Spokane, Washington, Tom McQuillen of Colorado Springs and Terry McQuillen (Linda) of Adario.
