He is survived by: his wife Laurie Shupe (Morehart); his children, Kira Taylor (David) of Sandusky and Ryan Morehart (Kelly) of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Aubrianna, David Jr., Kelly Jo and Skye; his siblings, Louise Hale (Allen) of New London and Ron Day (Pam) of Collins; his close friend Jim Reising (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Gessner, Tina Morehart, Peggy Peer and Carl Morehart II. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
