He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus McCormack and Lucille McCormack (Eldridge); his granddaughter Samantha Foster; and his siblings, Marcus McCormack (Norma), Gertrude Dallasandro (Nick), John McCormack and Charles McCormack (Darlene).
He is survived by: his wife Beth McCormack (Risner); his children, Steven McCormack (Susan), Teena Reynolds (Chris), Tim McCormack (Leigha) and Melanie Foster (Steve); his sisters, Lucille Kirwin (Joe) and Shirley Chacey (Alvin); and his sister-in-law Carol McCormack. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
