He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Chaddock and Willa Chaddock; his son Warren Vincent Chaddock; and his mother-in-law Charity Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chaddock; his children, Sonya Chaddock, Steven R. Moore (Debbie) and Scott Moore (Cindi); his grandchildren, Danielle, Kellie, Autumn, Steven, Anthony, Alexis, Tiffany, Heather and John; and his great grandchildren, Patrick and Brooklyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
