He was predeceased by: his wife Edna P. Heimrich (Dute-Shawver); his parents, Franklin R. Heimrich and Joyce Campbell (Tysinger); and his siblings, Ralph Heimrich (Lucy), Michael Heimrich (Deloras), Terry Heimrich, Rosalie Adams (Gerold), Maxine Young (Howard) and Marta Dull.
He is survived by: his children, Connie J. MacNiven, Tarrie J. Powell, Edward J. Heimrich (Laura) and James L. Heimrich (Carrie); his grandchildren, Joshua Barber, Steven Barber, Christine Barber, Jamie Lynn Heimrich, JeaAnna Heimrich, Michelle Chaffee, Craig MacNiven, II, Chad MacNiven and Christopher MacNiven; and his siblings, Charles Heimrich, Imogene Dircks (Lynn) and Lititia Craft (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
