He is survived by: his mother Donna Hicks (Balfour); his wife Tracy "Scholie" Ogle; his sisters, Julie Berlinski of Birmingham, Suzanne Chandler of Vermilion and Donna Peavey (Jody) of Pinellas Park, FL; and his stepchildren, Jordan Ogle and Jaimie Hoover. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces.
