He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" Cumberledge; and his sister Amy Beth Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Louieda Smith of New London; his children, Scott Cumberledge (Jordan) of Greenwich, Amanda Cumberledge (RJ Reinhold) of New Russia Twp and Eric Swords (Katy Dean) of Ashland; his fiancée Penny Sloan of Greenwich; his granddaughters, Aimee Cumberledge and Brianna Kistler; and his brother Richard Cumberledge of Columbus.
