He is survived by: his wife Paula Hartsel; his children, Russell Watts (Chris) of Butler and Rita West (John) of Mansfield, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Michael Watts (Taylor), Eric Watts, Alyssa Watts, Zach Perry (Amber Morrow) and Johnny West; his great grandchildren, Bentli Perry, Brazton McLaughlin and Lailah Everhart; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexis Johnson and Aidan Johnson.
