He is survived by: his parents, Danny Bays and Joni Polachek (Kevin); his sons, Zithyn and Maxdan Bays; his siblings, Amy McDonald (Tyshawn) and Ryan Polachek; his uncles, Jack Kousma (Donna) and Nick Kousma (Judy); his niece Karystin Lindsey (Tim); and his nephew Elijah Cole. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
