He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Blair and Connie Blair (Ratliff); his siblings, Edward Blair (Eileen), Lee Blair (Julia), Douglas Blair, Rondall Blair, Dwayne Blair, Elsie Maye (Dwane) and Alberta Blair; his brother-in-law Rodney Maye; his great grandchild Ethan Utt; and his great great grandchild Roman Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene (Westbrook); his children, Tammy McKenzie (Larry), Teri Risner (Robin), Connie Porter (Jay), Patti Seidel (Jeff) and Chris Blair; his daughter-in-law Angel Blair (Blank); and his sisters, Maudie Maye and Caroline Rogers (Boyd). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
