He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Spencer and Ruth L. Spencer (Miller); his former wife Bessie L. Spencer; his wife Winifred Spencer; and his sister Marilyn Clack.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Spencer (Nona) of Bradford and Patricia Ann Spencer of Greenville; and his stepchildren, Sue LeMaster (Joe) of Arcanum, Linda Guthrie (Mark) of Sidney, Nancy Rucker (Mike) of Anna and Jon Phillips (Debbie) of Columbus.
