He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Neal and Bessie Neal; and his siblings, Russell, Ralph, Carl, Lester, Roscoe, Muriel Neal and Mary Hiestand.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Neal (Anthony); his children, Barbara Wilson (Stephen) of Greenville, Connie Wells (Mike) of Arcanum and Steven Neal (Sandy) of Ansonia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nathan Wilson (Nicole) of Greenville, Justin Wilson (Stacey) of Greenville, Casey Wilson of Greenville, Stacie Eubank (Chuck) of Greenville, Jenni Partin (Josh) of Ansonia and Clinton Neal (Sara) of Ansonia; and his sister Evelyn Chambers. He is also survived by great grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
