She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hardy and Otie Hardy (Gray); her stepmother Molly Hardy; her son Rick Smith; and her siblings, Alberta Hardy, Lawrence Hardy and Edward Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Greg Mader of Greenville; her stepson Ken (Sherry Preston); her grandchildren, Terri Razzano (Andy Hershbarger), Meagan Mader (Wayne Bruening), Justin and Amber Mader; her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Daugherty, Zoe Razzano, Owen Hershberger and Hudson Mader; and her brothers, Virgil Hardy, Bill Hardy, Dan Hardy, Albert Hardy and John Hardy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Darke County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
