She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Curtis and Violet "Duck" Curtis; her nephew Adam Rindler; her grandparents, Eva Elizabeth Curtis, Glenn Curtis, Vinnie and Clyde Snyder; and her stepson Kurtis Brown.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Kenneth Lee Brown; her children, Bo Curtis, Eva Elizabeth Curtis and Isaiah Nathaniel Curtis; her stepchildren, Kyle Brown, Alicia Brown and Christopher Brown; her granddaughter Heidi Jane Curtis; and her siblings, Dessie Rindler (Joe) and Glen Curtis.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tribute Funeral Homes to help offset funeral expenses.
