She is survived by: her sons, Gary Michael (Julia Crosby) and Rex Allen (Tamara Crosby); her grandchildren, Alyssa Crosby (Page Block), Matthew Crosby and Bethany Crosby; her great grandchild Elijah Glick; her sisters, Vickie (Dave Barnard) and Patti Testa of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister-in-law Andrea Clemmer of Dayton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
