He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly A. (Rick Blaine) and Lisa E. (Larry Floyd); his grandchildren, Stewart, Lisa Blaine, Samuel, Emily Blaine, Benjamin Floyd and Emily Floyd (Devon Robbins); and his great grandchildren, Ruby Blaine, Clark Blaine, Ava Floyd and Kingston Martinez.
