She was predeceased by: her father George Eubank; her husband Howard "Bud" Best; her daughter Margaret "Meg" Best; and her siblings, George Muncie Eubank, Sharon Shuttleworth and Glenna Batten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shari Wappelhorst (Jeff) of Greenville, Rebecca Best (Joanne Cannon) of Australia and Elizabeth Best (Gary Hall) of Winchester, Indiana; her grandchildren, Mariah North (Chris) of Arcanum, Joey Wappelhorst (Megan Dunn) of Greenville, Sam Cannon, Georgina Bentley of Australia, Zeph Cass of Eaton, Addy Cass and Josie Best of Winchester, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Lucy of Australia, Milly of Australia and Daisy of Australia; her sisters, Virginia Henson of Crawley and Lois Delk of Greenville; and her cousins, Nicki Lee (Danny) of Indianapolis and Charlotte Fletcher of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
