He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane "Gene" Enicks and Francis Enicks (Richardson); his siblings, Jeannie Giesseman and Rodney Enicks; and his brother-in-law Bob Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Christa Nolte, Stephanie, Daniel Kingery and Matthew Enicks; his grandchild Erin Dillman; his children, Haley Nolte, Lucas Kingery and Bentley Kingery; his sisters, Mary (Rick Elliot) and Susan Robinson; his siblings-in-law, Scott Giesseman and Bev Enicks; and his close friend Tracey Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
