He is survived by: his mother Josephine Donaldson (Berisky); his daughter Alexis Johnson (Mike); his grandchildren, Reid and Mia Johnson; and his sisters, Ann Marie Root and Jennifer Laury (Matthew). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
