She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Welty and Glenna Welty (Wise); her brother Phillip Welty; her son-in-law Chad Malone; her children, David Hazel (Mae), Craig Hazel (Donna), Janelle Moffit (Doug), Tim Hazel and Angie Malone-Baker (Jason); her grandchildren, Matthew Hazel (Hanna), Tasha Rivera-MacNaughton (Mitchell), Sami Smith (Curtis), Ben Kandel, Logan Hazel, Miki Hazel and Heath Hazel; her great grandchildren, Leighton Kandel, Elise and Adalyn Hazel; and her sister Sheryl Davidson. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
