She was predeceased by: her father Robert Eugene; her husband Mark A. Jacobs Sr.; and her siblings, David "Pappy" Pike and Debra L. Bentley. She is survived by: her son Mark A. Jacobs Jr. of Greenville; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Doyle of Piqua, Gerry Albany (Robert) of Greenville, Dorothy Gutierrez (Joe) of Piqua, Nelson Pike of Covington and Bob "Bobby" Pike of Great Falls, MT. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
