She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgar Seman and Eloise Seman (Saylor); her son Stephen Paul Bugher; her sister Nancy Jo Grimes; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Lockhart and Roy Fitzwater.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bugher; her son Brian (Christy Bugher); her grandchildren, Dylan, Ashley Bugher and Josh Baker; and her sisters, RuthAnn Lockhart-Fitzwater and Marian (Mark Loy). She is also survived by 5 nephews & 2 nieces: 9 great-nephews; 3 great-nieces: 4 great-great nephews.
